Having the "shared access feature", the executive assistant can access her own account and also the executive's account to assist in inserting internal notes and also select the correct category on behalf of the executive. I have reached out to the Aspire team and they suggest to grant the executive assistant the "Admin"/"Finance" user. However, the "Admin"/"Finance" user will have the access to all other users account which will lead to confidential issue. Hence, if Aspire could develop a "shared access feature" which allow the executive assistant to update her own Aspire spending and also the executive's Aspire spending will be helpful to our business. I believe this is a useful feature and could greatly help other Aspire's customer.
