Whenever I invite someone and the status is "pending", I don't have any idea what my team member needs to do, or are we supposed to just wait before aspire will accept the KYC process.
It's frustrating and a bit waste of time having to ask the account manager every time regarding this.
It would be greatly appreciated if you can provide more information and what we need to do other than just "verification pending."
For example:
"Verification Pending" --> Please tell X to upload all the necessary documents via the invite link
"Verification Pending" --> Please wait while our KYC team reviews your documents. It could take up to 1 business day
