I am having trouble downloading excel statements directly from the aspire app. Is this possibly due to the number of txns my team is doing in a month? My SoA has 182 pages so I understand if this is the one causing the problem, but know that my team cannot reconcile the statement if they cannot get the excel format... Will need you to fix this asap or propose some alternative solution... Thank you!
