Bills sync to Xero before transaction made in aspire

We want the bill appear in xero after we sync it from aspire even we haven't make the payment yet. Because we want to see the transaction in xero reflect to the date of the bills not the payment date.

Hi Dewi
This feature is already available when using the Xero bills sync on Aspire. You can sync bills in Pending Payment and Payment scheduled statuses, and the bill will be created in Xero with the Invoice date on Aspire. The payment details, when completed on Aspire will be auto updated to Xero. You can refer to this support page to know more
