i understand aspire Paynow incoming does not show the name of the client/customer. This is VERY important when it comes to dealing with volume based orders. I encountered this big problem with another local startup payment company and was on the lookout for another software company.
I also understand that aspire says to ask client to write their name under notes for recipient , however in our experience most wont write it and it can get very messy when tracking clients to payments transactions.
Hope aspire can fix this.

This is really a necessity: a) we cannot rely on customer's entering their name. today i receive > 300 paynow transaction per month and around 30% forget to put information into the reference field b) the reference field has a character limit which could cause additional problems c) customers are inconsistent using their name. eg. some will use their chinese name, some will use their western, middle or change the order. the paynow name (their IC) does not change
